摘要
磁混凝沉淀工艺由于占地面积小、运行能耗低等优势在污水处理领域得到广泛应用。武汉某处理规模为10.0万m^(3)/d的污水处理厂,采用A/RPIR+磁混凝沉淀工艺,出水稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。文章通过对该厂磁混凝沉淀工艺的设计参数、工艺控制参数、设备运行状况进行生产运行视角下的分析,提出沉淀单元表面水力负荷、工艺控制参数有待优化,设备设计选型应重点关注解絮机堵塞、回流泵的叶轮磨损等问题,并结合相关技术规范及类似项目案例给出工艺设计建议,为后续项目磁混凝沉淀工艺设计提供参考。
Magnetic coagulation sedimentation process is widely used because of the small floor space and low energy consumption.A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)with a treatment capacity of 100000 m^(3)/d in Wuhan adopts A/RPIR+magnetic coagulation sedimentation process,and the effluent stably meets the first class A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).Based on the analysis of the design parameters,process control parameters and equipment operation of the magnetic coagulation sedimentation process in the WWTP from the perspective of production and operation,this paper puts forward that the surface hydraulic load and process control parameters of the magnetic sedimentation unit need to be optimized,and the equipment design and selection should focus on the blockage of flocculation remover,the wear of the impeller of reflux pump and other problems.The process design suggestions are given in combination with relevant technical specifications and similar project cases,so as to provide reference for the process design of magnetic coagulation sedimentation in subsequent projects.
