内部激励下高速动车齿轮箱振动响应评估 被引量:3

Evaluation of gearbox vibration response in high-speed train under internal excitation

摘要 针对高速动车齿轮箱箱体振动响应问题,采用Adams多体动力学仿真软件建立了高速动车齿轮箱传动系统的刚柔耦合仿真模型.通过对齿轮箱传动系统的动力学仿真,研究了斜齿轮啮合、轴承滚动过程中的各接触力变化规律以及大小齿轮、轴承保持架的运动稳定性,对箱体振动特性来自斜齿轮啮合、轴承滚动作用下的影响程度分别进行了对比分析,通过单轴滚振实验对箱体的振动特性进行了实验验证.研究结果表明:齿轮啮合力与滚动轴承法向接触力的仿真结果值与理论结果值、箱体振动特性的仿真结果与实验结果分别具有较好的一致性,并且箱体的振动特性受小齿轮端振动和大齿轮处轴承滚动振动影响较大,受大齿轮端振动影响较小. To solve the vibration response problem of the high-speed train gearbox,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model for the high-speed train gearbox transmission system is established by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software,Adams.Through the dynamic simulation of the gearbox transmission system,the variation law of each contact force during helical gear meshing and bearing rolling,as well as the motion stability of large and small gears and bearing cages are studied.The influence degree under the rolling action is compared and analyzed,and the vibration characteristics of the box are experimentally verified by the uniaxial rolling vibration test.The research results show that the simulation results of the gear meshing force and the normal contact force of the rolling bearing are in good agreement with that of the theoretical results.The simulation results of the gearbox vibration characteristics are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the gearbox vibration characteristics are greatly affected by the vibration of the pinion end and the rolling vibration of the bearing at the large gear,and are little affected by the vibration of the large gear end.
