摘要
本文设计一种高压断路器液压弹簧操动机构碟簧特性测试系统。该测试系统以PIC16F877A单片机为主控制器,利用拉线式模拟位移传感器和压力变送器完成碟簧压缩量和系统油压的测量,结合打印、液晶显示、按键等输入输出设备实现人机交互。硬件方面合理地设计了调理电路,并在软件设计中进行数字滤波处理,软硬件相结合,减小了随机测量误差,提高了测量系统的准确性和稳定性。测试系统校准结果表明,该测试系统性能稳定、测试结果准确,满足现场测试要求。
The aim of this article is to propose a method to test the disc spring characteristics of the high voltage circuit breaker.The test system takes PIC16F877A as the main controller.The guyed analog displacement sensor is used to measure the compression of the disc spring and the pressure transmitter is used to measure the hydraulic of the system.Human-computer interaction can be achieved by the combination of printer,LCD,buttons and other input and output devices.The conditioning circuit is reasonably designed and the digital filtering is applied on the software design.The combination of software and hardware reduces the random measurement error and improves the accuracy and stability of the test system.The test system calibration results shows that the system works stably,and the test results are accurate.Therefore,the system meets the requirement of field tests.
