康溃丸治疗家兔口腔溃疡的效果

Efficacy Kangkui pills in treating oral ulcer of rabbits

目的 观察康溃丸治疗家兔口腔溃疡的效果。方法 采用冰醋酸化学烧灼法建立口腔溃疡家兔模型48只,其后随机均分为模型对照组(A组)、淀粉对照组(B组)和康溃丸治疗组(C组)。分别于给药3、5、7、10 d后测量溃疡面积,HE染色观察黏膜组织病理学特征,并进行黏膜病理学评分。结果 给药5 d后,C组口腔溃疡面积小于A组和B组(P<0.05)。给药5 d后,A组和B组家兔齿龈黏膜上皮炎症信号较强,并有坏死、出血等症状,而C组炎症现象较A组和B组显著好转,炎症信号较弱;给药5、7 d后,C组黏膜病理学评分高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论 康溃丸治疗家兔口腔溃疡效果较好,可促进家兔口腔溃疡表面的修复并加速其愈合。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Kangkui pills in the treatment of oral ulcer in rabbits.Methods The oral ulcer model of 48 rabbits was established by chemical cauterization with glacial acetic acid, which were randomly divided into three groups with sixteen each and treated with Kangkui pills(group C),with starch(group B) or without treatment as the model control(group A).The ulcer area was recorded on the 3,5,7and 10day after treatment.The pathological characteristics of mucosal tissues were observed by HE staining, and the score of mucosalpathology was evaluated.Results The area of oral ulcer on the 5day after treatment was smaller in group C than that in groups of A and B(P<0.05).The inflammatory signal in the mucosal epithelium of rabbits was more severe accompanied with necrosis and bleeding in groups of A and B,while which was significantly improved in group C on the 5day after treatment.The score of mucosalpathology in group C was higher than that in groups of A and B on the 5and 7day after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangkui pills have better therapeutic effect on the oral ulcer in rabbits, and can promote the repair and accelerate the healing of oral ulcer.
