摘要 颅内动脉粥样硬化(Intracranial Atherosclerosis,ICAS)与非动脉粥样硬化性病变在治疗策略和预后方面均有显著差异。然而,单纯依靠传统影像学方法评估管腔信息在颅内大动脉病变的鉴别诊断中存在局限性。高分辨磁共振成像(High Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging,HR-MRI)是一种能直接评估管腔及管壁特征的成像技术,具有无创、重复性高等特点,近年来,已成为评估颅内血管疾病的一种可靠方法;同时,HR-MRI在评价ICAS易损斑块、指导治疗、评估疗效等方面具有重要作用。本文针对HR-MRI技术概述及其在ICAS、非动脉粥样硬化性病变中的应用价值等方面进行综述。 There are significant differences in treatment strategy and prognosis between intracranial atherosclerosis(ICAS) and nonatherosclerotic lesions. However, there are limitations to evaluate lumen information in the differential diagnosis of intracranial large artery diseases only relying on traditional imaging method. High resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HR-MRI) is an imaging technology that can directly evaluate the characteristics of lumen and tube wall. It is noninvasive and highly reproducible. Recently,HR-MRI has been developed as a reliable method to evaluate intracranial vascular diseases. Meanwhile HR-MRI plays an important role in evaluating ICAS vulnerable plaques, guiding treatment and evaluating curative effect. This paper reviewed the overview of HR-MRI technology and its application value in ICAS and non-atherosclerotic lesions.
