Failure Analysis and Maintenance of Helical Tomotherapy System

日常工作中按操作规范使用机器,采取积极主动的方式进行设备的保养维护,可有效降低机器故障率,提高机器使用率,使设备更好地服务于患者。本文简要介绍了螺旋断层放疗系统的基本组成及磁控管、多叶光栅等主要部件的工作原理,详细分析了剂量率不稳定及多叶光栅系统报错等故障产生的原因,采用先简后繁的维修原则,分别给出了具体的排除方法,为同行处理类似故障提供参考。

Using the machine according to the operation specifications in daily work and taking a proactive way to maintain the equipment can effectively reduce the failure rate of the machine,improve the utilization rate of the machine,which can make the equipment better serve patients.This article briefly introduced the basic composition of helical tomotherapy system and the working principle of magnetron,multi-leaf collimator and other main components.The causes of dose rate instability and error reporting of multi-leaf collimator system were analyzed in detail.The maintenance principle of simplicity before complexity was adopted,and the specific trouble shooting methods were given respectively.It provided reference for peers to deal with similar faults.
