摘要
为提升环氧砂浆在低温下的性能,利用硫脲改性复合固化剂有效提高了体系的反应活性,研究了组分配比对砂浆可操作时间、抗流挂性及固化后力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,复合固化剂可以兼顾体系活性与强度,通过调整稀释剂、填料等组分的种类与配比,可将环氧砂浆在-5℃下的可操作时间控制在35min左右,并实现抗流挂厚度6mm以上,7d固化物的抗压强度70MPa以上。
The performance of epoxy mortar at low temperature was improved by using thiourea modified compound curing agent. The effects of the curing agent ratio on operating time, flow resistance, and mechanical properties of epoxy mortar were studied. The results show that the compound curing agent promote both the activity and the strength of the system. The operable time of epoxy mortar was controlled within 35 minutes at-5℃;the flow resistance thickness of epoxy mortar was more than 6mm, and the compressive strength of epoxy mortar cured for 7 days was more than 70MPa.
