摘要
为研究LNG储罐墙体衬里温度变化规律,以某2×10^(5)m^(3)全容式钢筋混凝土LNG储罐为研究对象,建立LNG储罐AN?SYS精细化有限元分析模型,开展墙体衬里温度数值分析。绘制了衬里温度随环境温度、环形空间尺寸变化的二维和三维曲线。结果表明衬里温度随环境温度、环形空间尺寸呈正相关变化,随着环境温度升高和环形空间尺寸增加,衬里温度极值均升高。最后给出储罐衬里材料选型建议,为LNG储罐工程设计提供参考和借鉴。
Taking a 2×10^(5)m^(3) full containment liquefied natural gas (LNG) tank as the object,the temperature varia-tion rule of the lining of the tank is studied by finite element analysis,in which the refined numerical model is estab?lished by ANSYS software.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional curves of lining temperature varied with am?bient temperature and annular space size were obtained.The results show that the lining temperature has positive correlation with the ambient temperature and the size of the annular space,and the lining temperature increases with the increase of the ambient temperature.The material selection of LNG tank lining was proposed to provide refer?ence for similar projects.
