INSPECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF T-SHAPED COLUMN ADVERTISING FACILITIES

为确定户外广告设施的安全性能,避免户外广告设施发生倾倒、脱落、伤人等情况。户外广告设施的日常维护检测鉴定工作,对于避免此类情况的发生尤为重要。文中以某户外T型立柱式广告设施为研究对象。该T型立柱广告牌由面板、骨架、立柱、支撑杆、检修道及照明设施组成。通过日常维护检测鉴定发现,该广告牌钢立柱表面锈蚀严重,立柱与横梁间采用螺栓紧固,螺栓安装不符合设计要求等存在安全隐患的缺陷。根据上诉发现的问题,提出相应的整改措施,总结T型立柱式广告牌易出现的共性问题。为同类别的户外广告设施的日常维护、安全性鉴定和相关研究提供参考。

To determine the safety performance of outdoor advertising facilities and avoid the dumping, falling off,and injury of outdoor advertising facilities, the daily maintenance, inspection, and identification of outdoor advertising facilities are needed to avoid such situations. An outdoor T-pillar advertising facility is taken as the research object, which is composed of the panel, the framework, the column, the support rod, the access track, and lighting facilities. Through routine maintenance, inspection, and identification, it is found that the surface of the steel column of the billboard is seriously rusted, the column and the transverse beam are fastened with bolts, and the bolt installation does not meet the design requirements, which has defects of potential safety hazards. The corresponding rectification measures are proposed, and the common problems that are easy to appear in the T-pillar billboard are summarized.It may provide the reference for the daily maintenance, safety appraisal, and related research of outdoor advertising facilities of the same category.
