摘要
提升员工培训管理信息化水平是企业自身提高管理效率、适应信息化社会发展和实现员工个人更好发展的迫切需求。由于烟草生产企业传统培训管理存在着培训资源统筹困难、培训管理工作量巨大、培训效果检验效度较低、员工自主性较低等问题,需要通过构建“四全”体系、引入新一代技术平台、开发微信培训、倡导移动学习、强化培训员素质培养的方法,达到确保员工培训管理信息化工作的战略性引领、支撑员工培训管理信息化水平实质性提升、满足员工对培训的灵活性和片段性需求、促进员工培训效果的及时性反馈、提升培训员在员工培训管理信息化上的全面性能力的效果。
Improving the level of employee training and management informatization is an urgent need for enterprises to improve management efficiency,adapt to the development of information society and achieve better personal development of employees.Due to the shortcomings of the traditional train‐ing management of tobacco production enterprises such as difficulty in coordinating training resources,huge workload of training management,low effectiveness of training effect inspection,and low autono‐my of employees,it is necessary to build the“four-complete”system,introduce a new generation of technology platform,develop WeChat training,advocate mobile learning,and strengthen the quality train‐ing of trainers,so as to ensure the strategic guidance and support the substantial improvement of man‐agement informatization in employee training,meet the flexibility and fragmentary needs of employees for training,promote the timely feedback of employee training effect,and improve the comprehensive ability of trainers in management informatization of employee training.
