高校职称评聘中的教师思想工作引导途径研究

摘要 职称评聘关乎每一位高校教师的切身利益,其中也折射出部分高校教师的思想矛盾和问题。高校在职称评聘过程中,要引导教师树立正确的认识观,促进教师提升思想政治修养,做好教师的思想疏导工作。 The evaluation of professional titles is related to the vital interests of every college teach‐er,which also reflects the ideological contradictions and problems of some college teachers.In the pro‐cess of professional title evaluation and employment,colleges and universities should guide teachers to establish a correct understanding,promote the teachers to improve their ideological and political cultiva‐tion,and do a good job of teachers’ideological guidance.
