毛角口至油麻潭河段航行条件分析及通航安全对策

摘要 通过现场勘查、原型观测、分析计算、实船试验及事故统计调查等方法,对毛角口至油麻潭狭窄连续弯曲河段航行条件、碍航特性、事故发生原因等进行了分析研究。结果表明:该河段连续5个“S”型反向弯道无直线过渡段,上、下弯道水流不能平顺过渡,流态紊乱,影响船舶航行安全;该河段仅满足Ⅲ(3)航道千吨级自航船舶单线通行要求,千吨级以上自航船舶通行存在安全风险;事故原因主要是船舶尺度太大、驾驶员对河段水流特性及航路不熟悉、船舶流量大等。针对该河段碍航特性及现阶段交通流情况,提出船舶安全通行对策。
