水域救援常用船艇对比研究

Comparative Study of Commonly Used Boats for Water Rescue

水域救援船艇多种多样,常用的有充气艇和冲锋舟。这两型船艇的性能特点各不相同,适用的任务种类也不同。目前水域救援领域对此积累了大量实战经验,但缺乏总结性、定量性的分析与对比。在实际救援中,存在着因船艇不适用或危险预判不到位而发生的伤亡事故。对此,本文以水域救援船艇任务类型为出发点,从两种船艇性能特点为落脚点,对比分析两型船艇的适用性,对船艇与任务的结合进行全面梳理归纳,并给出安全提示。

Various kinds of boats are used for water rescue, including inflatable boats and assault boats. These two types of boats have different performances and are suitable for different kinds of tasks. At present, a lot of practical experience has been accumulated in the field of water rescue, but there is a lack of conclusive, quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparative studies. In rescue tasks, casualties still occur because of unsuitable boats or inadequate risk anticipation. Therefore, based on different types of water rescue tasks, this paper analyzes and compares the performances and applicability of the two boats, comprehensively sorts out the combination of boats and tasks,and gives safety tips.
