摘要
随着现代化学科的多领域融合发展,可吸收材料为临床医学方案的实施提供了更多可能,尤其在骨科领域,其良好的生物特性与安全性,为骨科内固定植入、骨组织工程支架以及药物缓释等带来了诸多助益,不仅省去了二次手术带来的痛苦,且有利于药物释控治疗的自动化及人性化发展,值得临床的进一步研究。本文主要综述可吸收高分子材料的分类、生物特性及其在骨科中的应用。
With the development of multi-disciplinary integration of modern disciplines,absorbable materials provide more possibilities for the implementation of clinical medical programs,especially in the field of orthopedics.Its good biological characteristics and safety have brought many benefits for orthopedic internal fixation implantation,bone tissue engineering scaffolds,and drug sustained release.It not only eliminates the pain caused by secondary surgery,but also facilitates the automation and humanization of drug release and control treatment,which is worthy of further clinical research.This article reviews the classification,biological characteristics and application of absorbable polymer materials in orthopedics.
