摘要
建设一支“高素质善保教”的幼儿园教师队伍,需要健全的师资培养质量保障机制来支撑。根据对我国东中西部11所高校的调研,从质量文化的角度来看,高校学前教育师资培养质量保障机制建设在质量观转变与更新、质量制度建设与完善以及质量改进意识与行动等方面都面临着挑战。今后需多措并举应对挑战:加强学前师资培养单位和用人单位的专业理念引导和规约,塑造引领型的质量观;优化高校学前专业人才培养中的权力结构,确保质量保障制度有效运行;以完善的专业标准体系支持高校内部治理体系建设,促使高校形成“自我管理”的质量文化;厘清多方利益相关者参与高校学前师资培养的权责界限,为质量文化的形成与培育提供良好的社会支持。
The building of high-quality kindergarten teachers needs to be supported by a sound quality guarantee mechanism of undergraduates training. According to a survey of 11 universities in China, the construction of quality assurance mechanism is faced with many challenges from the perspective of quality culture,such as the transformation and renewal of quality idea, the construction and improvement of quality system, and the awareness and action of quality improvement and so on. In the future, many measures should be taken to cope with the challenges: strengthen the leading quality idea of colleges and preschool education institutions;optimizing the power structure to ensure the effective operation of the quality assurance mechanism;implementing the standard based stakeholder governance to promote the stakeholders to form a self-management quality culture;clarifying the rights and responsibilities of various stakeholders to improve the external support for quality assurance of preschool teacher training.
