质量文化:地方院校师范专业发展的内生性建构思路探讨 被引量:1

摘要 地方院校师范专业发展是地方师范人才培养的基本载体与核心支撑,其质量高低直接关系地方教育事业的未来走向。专业认证背景下,地方院校师范专业发展习惯于外在的师资、硬件、政策等质量保障的路径依赖,往往忽略了文化因素的内生性促进作用,因质量文化缺失而陷入重重迷局。地方院校师范专业发展要超脱迷局,实现质量的真正提升,应该回归质量文化,转向内生性建构思路,激活其内生力量,着力于专业质量的视线内转、内部生成以及生态化走向。鉴于此,质量文化应着重于地方院校师范专业发展的物质、制度、精神三个层面的文化生态建构,分别指向质量固基、质量赋能、质量铸魂等内在功能的充分实现,从而形成专业发展的质量文化生态体系。 Local colleges’ teacher’s professional development is the basic carrier and core support of the normal education. And its quality relates to future trend of local educational cause. Under the background of normal professional certification, local colleges’ teacher’s professional development has been usually used to pay more attention to external quality assurance such as teaching faculty, hardware facility, policies support. But it often neglect the endogenous promoting effect caused by culture factors, and fall into multiple puzzles because of the lack of quality culture. Local colleges’ teacher’s professional development should regress the quality culture, turn to endogenous construction ideas, activate endogenous strength, and focus on professional vision involution,endogenous generation and ecological trend. In view of this, quality culture ecology should pay more attention to the cultural construction on materials level, institution level, spirit level of local colleges’ teacher’s professional development, and respectively point to the endogenous function realization of quality solid foundation, quality empowerment, quality foster spirit fully, to form the quality culture ecological system of professional development.
