乡村教师助力民族地区乡村文化振兴:现实困囿、角色期待与行动路径 被引量:13

摘要 在脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利的时代背景下,民族地区乡村经济振兴已卓有成效,但相比之下,乡村文化振兴还任重道远,正成为新时代推进民族地区乡村全面振兴的着力点和突破口。当前,民族地区乡村文化振兴遭遇着乡村文化自信日渐衰微、乡村文化传承难以为继、乡村文化设施利用缺位、乡村民众思想有待改造等现实困囿。乡村教师作为知识分子的“新乡贤”,在推动民族地区乡村文化振兴过程中被赋予了多重角色期待,应主动肩负起时代责任和文化使命,争当优秀乡土文化的传承者、乡村振兴人才的培育者、村中各项事务的参与者和乡村落后思想的阻断者。具体而言,乡村教师助力民族地区乡村文化振兴的行动路径包括:树立特色差异思维,提振教育自信;主动融入乡村社会,增强文化适应;挖掘乡土资源禀赋,开发校本课程;积极承担村中事务,担当一村之师。 Against the background of overall victory in poverty alleviation,the rural economic revitalization in ethnic regions has been fruitful.In contrast,the rural cultural revitalization still has a long way to go and has become the focus and breakthrough of advancing comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era.At present,the rural cultural revitalization in ethnic regions is faced with such realistic dilemma as the declining self-confidence of rural culture,the unsustainable inheritance of rural culture,the dysfunction of rural cultural facilities,the urgent reformation of rural people’s thought,etc.As the new country worthy of intellectuals,rural teachers are endowed with multiple role expectations in advancing the rural cultural revitalization in ethnic regions,and should take the initiative to shoulder the cultural responsibility and mission of the times,act as the inheritor of excellent regional culture,the cultivator of rural revitalization talents,the participants in various affairs of the village and the blockers of rural backward ideas.Specifically,the action paths for rural teachers to revitalize rural culture in ethnic regions include:being creative in thinking to boost educational self-confidence,actively integrating into the countryside to enhance cultural adaptation,tapping rural resources to develop school-based curriculum,and actively undertaking affairs to be the village teacher.
