情感资本与熟人社会工厂的运行——以湘西Y厂为例

Emotional Capital and the Operation of the Factory of Acquaintances——Taking the Y Factory in Xiangxi as an Example

在国家精准扶贫政策的引导下,近年来在中国中西部一些贫困地区出现了不同类型的扶贫车间,它们对于承接扶贫攻坚、乡村振兴以及乡村社会的发展提供了新的契机。本文在田野调查的基础上,以情感资本为视角,通过对湘西一个服装扶贫车间Y厂的调查,发现该厂厂主基于推动家乡发展的考虑,依托原生的熟人关系,建立起一类扶贫车间——“熟人社会工厂”,并在工厂的运行中,结合乡土社会文化,运用情感资本进行管理,获得了较好的经济与社会效率。在给予工人在家门口工作和获取一定收入的同时,也对乡村文化的延续产生了积极影响。乡村振兴关系国家的整体性发展,在许多农村地区日益空心化和乡土文化逐渐衰微的当下,湘西Y厂的个案研究能够提供一定的借鉴意义。

Under the guidance of the national policy of targeted poverty alleviation,different types of poverty alleviation workshops have appeared in some impoverished areas in the central and western regions of China in recent years,which has provided new opportunities for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization and the development of rural society.On the basis of field investigation and from the perspective of emotional capital,this paper investigates a garment poverty alleviation workshop Y factory in western Hunan,and finds out that the factory owner has established a kind of poverty alleviation workshop,“factory of acquaintances”,based on the consideration of promoting the development of his hometown and relying on native acquaintances.Moreover,in running the factory,he has made use of local social culture and emotional capital to manage,and obtained better economic and social efficiency.While giving workers opportunities to work in homwtown and earn a certain income,it also has had a positive impact on the continuation of rural culture.Rural revitalization is related to the overall development of the country.At a time when many rural areas have been increasingly hollowed out and rural culture has been gradually declining,the case study in this paper can provide a certain reference.
