督脉灸对阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of DU Moxibustion Treating CFS of Yang Deficiency

目的:观察督脉灸对阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:选取60例阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予金匮肾气丸口服,治疗组采用督脉灸疗法,两组均观察6周。治疗后结合阳虚质转化分、疲劳症状量表、疲劳严重度量表评分及血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM的改善情况进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后,治疗组在阳虚质转化分、疲劳症状量表和疲劳严重度量表评分方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组比较,治疗组可提高患者的免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM含量(P<0.05)。结论:督脉灸对阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征患者疗效优于口服金匮肾气丸,可明显改善患者阳虚质体征,提高机体免疫功能,消除疲劳状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of DU moxibustion in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)of Yang deficiency.Methods:60 CFS patients with body constitution of Yang deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jingui Shenqi Pill,and the treatment group was treated with DU moxibustion.Both groups were observed for 6 weeks.After the treatment,the scores of Yang deficiency transformation,fatigue symptom scale and fatigue severity scale,as well as the improvements of serum levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were observed to assess the clinical efficacy.Results:After the treatment,the scores of Yang deficiency transformation,fatigue symptom scale and fatigue severity scale were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group could increase the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM(P<0.05).Conclusion:DU moxibustion is better than Jingui Shenqi Pill in treatment of CFS patients with Yang deficiency constitution.DU moxibustion can obviously improve the signs of Yang deficiency and immune function,and it can eliminate fatigue status of the patients.The therapy is worthy of clinical application.
