郑氏温通针法技术浅析

Analysis of ZHENG's Wentong Acupuncture Technique

郑氏针法源远流长、针法多样,其代表人物郑魁山教授在长期临床工作中针对疑难杂症创立温通针法,将特色针刺手法与特定穴位相配合,形成特色针刺技术,即过眼热针法与穿胛热针法,其主要学术传承人方晓丽教授在此基础上衍变出通督热针法与周天热针法。此针刺技术手法特点鲜明、疗效独特。本研究对郑氏温通针法的历史渊源、操作手法、临床应用和典型病例等几个方面进行分析,进一步深化对郑氏温通法针刺技术的研究和探索,拓宽临床工作者的诊疗思路。

ZHENG's acupuncture has a long history,rich and varied in needling manipulations.Professor ZHENG Kuishan created Wentong acupuncture for intractable diseases in his long-term clinical work,which matches the characteristics of acupuncture techniques to certain acupoints,forming special acupuncture technique,namely Guoyan warm needling and Chuanjia warm needling;on which basis,professor FANG Xiaoli,the main academic inheritor,evolved Tongdu warm needling and Zhoutian warm needling.This acupuncture technique has distinct characteristic and unique curative effect.This study analyzed historical origin,operation technique,clinical application and typical cases of ZHENG's Wentong acupuncture,so as to further deepen related researches and broaden views in diagnosis and treatment among clinical practitioners.
