马惠芳教授针刺治疗眼肌麻痹的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Professor MA Huifang in Treating Ophthalmoplegia with Acupuncture

笔者从诊疗思路、针法特点与典型病案3个方面介绍马惠芳教授临床针刺治疗眼肌麻痹的特色及经验。马教授在眼肌麻痹的治疗上针对病因施治,强调以脾为本、以肝为疏和以通为用的治疗原则,并结合整体辨证施治,达到通窍明目、改善眼疾的治疗目的。临证取穴以眼周阿是穴、睛明和球后为主,善用原络配穴及八会穴配伍以调脏腑、充血脉,并强调“输刺”“远道刺”“关刺”的手法使用,在临床治疗中取得了较好的疗效。

This study introduced the characteristics and clinical experience of professor MA Huifang in treating ophthalmoplegia with acupuncture in terms of diagnosing ideas,acupuncture manipulations and typical cases.Professor MA applied treatment according to etiology in treatment of ophthalmoplegia,emphasizing the principle of treating Spleen as the foundation,treating Liver as the drainage,and combining comprehensive treatment based on syndrome differentiation,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the treatment of eye diseases.The acupoint selection mainly included Ashi points around eyes,including Jingming(BL1)and Qiuhou(EX-HN7),and the compatibility of Yuan-source points and Luo-connecting points,as well as the compatibility of eight meeting points were well used to regulate Zang-Fu organs and enrich blood vessels,and the manipulations of‘needling Shu points’,‘needling distal points’and‘articular needling’were emphasized,which had achieved good curative effect in clinical treatment.
