针灸治疗癌性疼痛的研究现状

Research Status of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Cancer Pain

癌性疼痛是多数癌症中晚期患者常见的症状,可引起焦虑、疲劳与抑郁等负面情绪,严重影响患者的身心健康。西医常用三阶梯药物止痛疗法,但长期应用毒副作用大,易损伤肝肾。针灸是一种外治法,对减轻癌性疼痛有一定疗效,具有止痛作用迅速且副作用小、安全方便等优势,对于不同癌症所引发的癌性疼痛,采取辨证选穴,能够取得较好的临床效果。本研究就癌性疼痛的机制、针刺止痛机制及各类癌性疼痛所采用的针刺方法进行总结,为针刺治疗癌性疼痛的临床应用提供思路。

Cancer pain is a common symptom in most patients with advanced cancer.It can cause anxiety,fatigue,depression and other negative emotions,and seriously affect the physical and mental health of the patients.Western medicine often uses three-step medication to relieve pain,but long-term application has serious side effects and is easy to damage liver and kidney.Acupuncture and moxibustion is an external treatment method that has certain effects on reducing cancer pain.It has the advantages of rapid analgesia,less side effects,high safety and easy of use.For cancer pain caused by different cancers,selecting points based on syndrome differentiation can achieve better clinical results.This study reviewed the mechanism of cancer pain,the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion for analgesia and the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion used in various types of cancer pain,which provides ideas and guidance for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cancer pain.
