极泉穴水针注射联合颈三针治疗臂丛神经痛的疗效及对血清MDA、SOD水平影响

Effect of HT1 Medication Injection Combined with Cervical Triple Needling in Treatment of Brachial Plexus Neuralgia and Its Influence to Serum Levels of MDA and SOD

目的:探讨极泉穴水针注射联合颈三针治疗臂丛神经痛的疗效及对血清MDA、SOD水平影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月本院收治的臂丛神经痛患者62例,随机分为对照组(31例,颈三针疗法)和治疗组(31例,极泉穴水针注射联合颈三针疗法),对比治疗后疗效、VAS评分、BRS-6评分、中医症候积分、血清MDA及SOD水平。结果:治疗后治疗组疗效明显较高(P<0.05);两组治疗后SWAL-QOL评分较治疗前明显升高,NIHSS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组BRS-6评分和VAS评分较对照组改善较多(P<0.05);两组治疗后关节酸痛、关节麻木、关节肿大与屈伸不利评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),并且治疗组评分较对照组降低较多(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清MDA、SOD水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后血清MDA水平较治疗前明显降低,SOD水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),并且治疗组血清MDA、SOD水平较对照组改善较多(P<0.05)。结论:采用极泉穴水针注射联合颈三针治疗臂丛神经痛具有较好的治疗效果,可改善血清MDA、SOD水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiquan(HT1)point mediation injection combined with cervical triple needling in treatment of brachial plexus neuralgia and its influence to serum levels of MDA and SOD.Methods:A total of 62 patients with brachial plexus neuralgia were randomly divided into the control group(n=31)and the treatment group(n=31).The control group was treated with cervical triple needling;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with HT1 medication injection.The curative effect,the scores of VAS,BRS-6 and TCM symptoms,the serum levels of MDA and SOD were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS and BRS-6 were significantly decreased in both groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of joint pain,joint numbness,joint swelling and poor flexion and extension of joints were significantly decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the serum levels of MDA and SOD between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);after the treatment,the serum level of MDA was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the serum level of SOD was significantly higher than that before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HT1 medication injection combined with cervical needling has better curative effect in the treatment of brachial plexus neuralgia,it can improve the serum levels of MDA and SOD.
