针刺调控GSK-3β治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Regulating GSK-3β in Treatment of AD

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种常发生于老年时期的慢性神经系统疾病,是最常见的痴呆类型,严重威胁老年人的健康和生命。多项研究表明,糖原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK-3β)作为细胞内多条重要信号通路的关键分子,与阿尔茨海默病的发生密切相关。近年研究证实,针刺可以改善AD患者的认知水平和学习记忆能力,从而提高AD患者的生活质量,其机制可能是通过调节GSK-3β的表达水平、减少Aβ沉积、抑制Tau蛋白过度增加、修复神经元的损伤以及改善胰岛素抵抗状态等多途径进行对AD的干预。本研究将总结回顾近5~10年来国内外通过针刺调节GSK-3β干预AD的研究进展,以期为进一步研究针刺治疗AD的作用机制扩展新视角。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a chronic nervous system disease that often occurs in the elderly.It is the most common type of dementia and seriously threatens health and life of the elderly.Glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)is a key molecule in many important signaling pathways within cells,which is closely related to the development of AD.Recent studies have discovered acupuncture can enhance the cognitive level and learning and memory ability,thus improving life quality of the patients with AD.The mechanism may be through regulating expression of GSK-3β,reducing deposition of Aβ,inhibiting excessive increase of Tau protein,repairing damage to neurons and improving state of insulin resistance to intervene in AD.This study reviewed the recent domestic and foreign research progress in the past 5 to 10 years about acupuncture regulating GSK-3βin the intervention of AD,aiming to expand a new perspective for further research on action mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of AD.
