Application of continuous quality improvement in quality management of reusable instruments in disinfection supply center

目的探讨持续质量改进应用于消毒供应中心可复用器械质量管理中的效果.方法选择2021年1月-2021年5月江苏省无锡市人民医院消毒供应中心未实施持续质量改进管理时清洗的可复用器械981件作为对照组,选择2021年6月-2021年12月该院消毒供应中心实施持续质量改进管理后清洗的可复用器械964件作为观察组.对比两组可复用器械清洗、灭菌、包装、发放合格率、消毒物品丢失率、消毒药品循环时间及各科室满意度情况.结果观察组可复用器械清洗、灭菌、包装、发放合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消毒物品丢失率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消毒药品循环时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各科室满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论持续质量改进应用于消毒供应中心质量管理中能够提升可复用器械清洗、灭菌、包装、发放合格率,减少消毒物品丢失,提高各科室满意度.

Ob ject ive To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement applied in the quality management of reusable instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods Select 981 pieces of reusable instruments cleaned from January 2021 to May 2021 when the disinfection supply center of our hospital did not implement continuous quality improvement management as the control group,and choose to implement the disinfection supply center of our hospital from June 2021 to December 2021964 pieces of reusable instruments cleaned after continuous quality improvement management were used as the observation group.The cleaning,sterilization,packaging,and distribution qualification rates of reusable instruments,the loss rate of sterilized items,the circulation time of sterilized drugs,and the satisfaction of each department were compared between the two groups.Results The pass rates of cleaning,sterilization,packaging and distribution of reusable instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the loss rate of disinfected items in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)the circulation time of disinfection drugs in the observation group is shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of each department in the observation group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conc lusion Continuous quality improvement applied to the quality management of the disinfection supply center can increase the qualified rate of cleaning,sterilization,packaging and ssuance of reusable instruments,reduce the loss of disinfection items,and improve the satisfaction of each department.
