Quick installation of water guide mechanism of Changlong Mountain pumped storage power station

导水机构是用于导水的一种设施,是抽水蓄能机组的核心部件之一,是运行中控制进入机组的水流方向和大小的装置,对整个机组运行的稳定性和安全性至关重要。由蜗壳流向水泵水轮机转轮的水流需经过导水机构再进入转轮,导水机构的主要作用是:根据电力系统负荷的变化,调节水泵水轮机流量,以适应系统对机组出力的要求;形成和改变进入转轮的水流环量,以满足水泵水轮机对进入转轮前水流环量的要求,在转轮停止工作时必须关闭导叶截断水流。文章依据浙江长龙山抽水蓄能电站1~4号机组导水机构安装为例,简述了抽水蓄能机组导水机构安装过程,可在同类工程中进行推广借鉴。

Water guide mechanism is a facility used for guiding water and one of the core components of pumped storage unit.It is a device that controls direction and magnitude of water flow into the unit during operation.It is very important for the overall stability and safety of the unit.The water flowing from volute to pump turbine runner needs to pass through the water guide mechanism before entering the runner.The main function of the water guide mechanism is to adjust flow of the pump turbine according to the load change of the power system to meet the system's requirements for output of the unit;form and change the water circulation volume entering the runner to meet the requirements of the pump turbine for the water circulation volume before entering the runner.When the runner stops working,guide vanes must be closed to cut off the flow.Taking the installation of water guide mechanism of units No.l to No.4 in Changlong Mountain pumped storage power station in Zhejiang as an example,this paper briefly describes the installation process of the water guide mechanism of pumped storage units,which can be popularized and referenced in similar projects.
