摘要
在常规水电站中,一般会设有500 kV GIS和500 kV高压电缆,作为电站一次设备的重要组成部分,承担着传输电能、与电网的联络控制等功能。500 kV GIS设备安装和500 kV高压电缆敷设,由于电压等级较高,对安装环境有特殊要求,特别是环境温度,若温度低于0℃,GIS设备将无法正常对接,500 kV高压电缆将会变硬、变脆,无法正常敷设,安装质量无法保证。本文结合两河口工程实际,简要介绍两河口电站为克服高寒高海拔等不利自然环境因素,引进电长波采暖器确保500 kV GIS设备安装及高压电缆敷设冬季施工顺利进行的案列。
In conventional hydropower stations,500 kV GIS and 500 kV high-voltage cables are generally installed.As an important part of the primary equipment of the power station,they undertake functions such as power transmission and connection control with the power grid.For the installation of 500 kV GIS equipment and the laying of 500 kV high-voltage cables,due to the high voltage level,there are special requirements for the installation environment,especially for the ambient temperature.The GIS equipment could be connected normally if temperature is lower than 0℃,and the 500 kV high-voltage cables will become hard and britde,which cannot be laid normally,causing the installation quality to be hard to ensure.Combined with the actual situation of Lianghekou project,this paper briefly introduces the introduction of electric long wave heaters in Lianghekou Hydropower Station,overcoming the unfavorable natural environmental factors such as high cold and high altitude,and further ensuring the smooth winter construction of 500 kV GIS equipment installation and high-voltage cables laying.
