摘要
介绍了己二酸生产过程中尾气产生的途径,阐述了己二酸尾气中N_(2)O处理热消除法、催化分解法、提纯综合利用等不同治理路径的原理及特点。对比了各种治理路径的技术优劣,分析预测了己二酸尾气治理未来的发展方向。提出了新型高效催化剂研发和高纯笑气的提纯将成为未来研究的重点。
The ways of tail gas generation in the production process of adipic acid are introduced.The principles and characteristics of different treatment paths of N_(2)O treatment heat elimination method,catalytic decomposition method,purification and comprehensive utilization in tail gas of adipic acid are expounded.The technical advantages and disadvantages of various treatment paths are compared.The future development direction of tail gas treatment of adipic acid is analyzed and predicted.It puts forward that the research and development of new efficient catalysts and the purification of high purity laugh gas will become the focus of future research.
