SiC MOSFET三电平变换器无传感器的电流重构

摘要 在此根据SiC MOSFET的输出特性提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的SiC MOSFET三电平并网变换器无电流传感器的电流重构技术。该技术构建了SiC MOSFET漏极电流与漏源电压的关系,设计了漏源电压检测电路和基于DSP的SiC MOSFET漏极电流重构算法。建立了三电平并网变换器的交流侧相电流以及直流母线电流数学模型,设计了基于DSP的电流重构算法。实验证明了检测电路和重构技术的正确性和可行性。该电流重构技术应用于高压大功率领域上时具有成本低、实现简单的特点。 According to SiC MOSFET output characteristics,and based on digital signal processor(DSP),current reconstructed technology of three-level grid-connected converter without current sensor is proposed.In this technology,the relationship between the drain current and drain-source voltage of SiC MOSFET is built,drain-source voltage detected circuit is designed and reconstructed algorithm of SiC MOSFET drain current based on DSP is completed.Then,the mathematical model of AC phase current and DC bus current of three-level grid-connected converter are established,their current reconstructed algorithms based on DSP are designed.The correctness and feasibility of the detected circuit and the reconstructed technology are verified by experiments.The current reconstructed technology is low costs,and is easy to be implemented in the high voltage and high power field.
