摘要
针对低压配电台区因存在大量不平衡及非线性负载导致的台区电网电压供电电压质量下降的问题,提出一种基于台区现有分布式发电(DG)和有源电力滤波器(APF)协同的低压配电台区电压不平衡以及谐波综合治理策略。构建了包含分布式二次控制器、DG本地控制器在内的两层低压配电台区电能质量综合治理体系,通过DG与APF协调控制实现对低压配电台区的电压不平衡以及谐波的补偿与抑制。最后,通过所构建的包含两台DG和一台APF的动模实验平台,验证了所提两层电能质量综合治理体系及协调控制策略的有效性和可行性。
In view of the problem that the voltage quality of power supply in low-voltage distribution area decreases due to a large number of unbalanced and nonlinear loads,an integrated control strategy for voltage unbalance and harmonics in low-voltage distribution area is proposed based on the coordination of distributed generation(DG) and active power filter(APF).A two-layer comprehensive power quality control system for low-voltage distribution table area including distributed secondary controller and DG local controller is constructed,voltage imbalance and harmonics in low-voltage distribution area are compensated and suppressed through coordinated control between DG and APF.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the control system and strategy proposed are verified through the dynamic mode experiment platform which contains two DG and one APF.
