2011—2020年郑州市中原区居民主要死亡原因及趋势分析

Main Causes of Death and Trend of Residents in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City from 2011 to 2020

目的分析2011—2020年郑州市中原区居民主要死亡原因及变化趋势,为开展疾病防治提供依据。方法收集整理2011—2020年郑州市中原区居民死因登记报告资料,利用年度变化百分比(APC)分析粗死亡率和标化死亡率的变化趋势。结果2011—2020年郑州市中原区居民报告年均死亡率为487.83/10万,标化死亡率为371.31/10万,男性死亡率高于女性,总人群粗死亡率和标化死亡率均呈逐年上升趋势(APC=1.636%、1.415%,P<0.05)。慢性非传染性疾病占总死因构成的84.36%,死亡率呈上升趋势(APC=2.005%,P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病和呼吸系统疾病位居历年死因顺位前4位,心脏病死亡率呈上升趋势(APC=4.685%,P<0.05),其他3种疾病死亡率基本稳定。结论慢性非传染性疾病是中原区居民死亡的主要原因,且死亡率呈上升趋势,应针对不同性别人群采取综合防治措施,以降低慢性非传染性疾病的死亡率。

Objective To analyze the main death causes and changing trends among residents in Zhongyuan district of Zhengzhou city from 2011 to 2020,and to provide a basis for disease prevention and control.Methods The registered data regarding deaths in Zhongyuan district of Zhengzhou city from 2011 to 2020 were collected.The changing trends of the crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate were analyzed through annual percent change(APC).Results From 2011 to 2020,the average mortality rate of residents in Zhongyuan district of Zhengzhou city was 487.83/100000,and the standardized mortality rate was 371.31/100000.The mortality rate was higher in males than in females.The mortality rate and standardized rate in the general population showed an increasing trend year by year(APC=1.636%、1.415%,P<0.05).Chronic non-communicable diseases were accounting for 84.36%of the total deaths,and the mortality rate showed an upward trend(APC=2.005%,P<0.05).Malignant tumors,heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases were the top four causes of death over the years.The cured mortality of heart diseases showed an upward trend(APC=4.685%,P<0.05),and the other three diseases were basically stable.Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases are the main causes of death among residents in Zhongyuan district.Moreover the trend of mortality rate increase.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken for people of different genders to reduce the mortality rate of chronic non-communicable diseases.
