固本消癥汤联合腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Guben Xiaozheng Decoction Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨结直肠癌患者接受固本消癥汤联合腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院收治的接受腹腔镜手术治疗的98例结直肠癌患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组49例。对照组于术后21 d用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙(FOLFOX)化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合固本消癥汤治疗。比较治疗前、治疗4个月两组患者血清肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原(CA)19-9、癌胚抗原(CEA)]、免疫功能相关指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+));观察并记录两组住院时间和肛门排气时间。结果治疗4个月,两组血清CA125、CEA水平相较于治疗前低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4个月,两组外周血CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)水平高于治疗前,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组住院及肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固本消癥汤联合腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌,可增强免疫功能,改善患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,促进术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Guben Xiaozheng decoction combined with laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with colorectal cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery in 988th Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.According to a random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin,fluorouracil,calcium folinate(FOLFOX)chemotherapy 21 days after operation,and the observation group was treated with Guben Xiaozheng decoction on the basis of the control group.Before treatment and 4 months after treatment,the serum tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen(CA)19-9,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)]and immune function related indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+))were compared of patients in both groups.The hospitalization time and anal exhaust time of both groups were observed and recorded.Results After 4 months of treatment,the levels of serum CA125 and CEA in both groups were lower in comparison with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower when compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 4 months of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in peripheral blood of both groups were higher in comparison with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher when compared with the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization and anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Xiaozheng decoction combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer can enhance immune function,improve the level of serum tumor markers of patients and promote postoperative recovery of patients.
