解毒活血牵正汤联合电针治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果

Efficacy of Jiedu Huoxue Qianzheng Decoction Combined with Electroacupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨解毒活血牵正汤联合电针治疗周围性面瘫的效果。方法于2020年1月至2022年1月郑州市第二人民医院收治的周围性面瘫患者中抽取64例作为研究对象,以随机掷骰子法分为对照组与观察组,每组32例,对照组接受电针治疗,观察组于对照组基础上接受解毒活血牵正汤,对比两组治疗效果、面部残疾指数(FDI)、House-Brackmann(H-B)面部神经功能分级情况、面神经电生理指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组躯体功能(FDIP)、社会生活功能(FDIS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FDIP评分更高,FDIS评分更低(P<0.05)。两组H-B分级Ⅰ~Ⅵ级占比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组面神经电生理指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌、鼻肌均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面瘫患者,采用解毒活血牵正汤联合电针治疗效果显著,可改善面部残疾指数、面部神经功能及面神经电生理指标。

Objective To explore the effect of Jiedu Huoxue Qianzheng decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 64 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received electroacupuncture,while the observation group received Jiedu Huoxue Qianzheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,facial disability index(FDI),House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification and facial nerve electrophysiological index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in physical function(FDIP)and social life function(FDIS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FDIP score was higher and the FDIS score was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the proportion of H-B classificationⅠ-Ⅵin the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the electrophysiological indexes of facial nerve between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,orbicularis oculi,orbicularis oris and nasal muscles in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Huoxue Qianzheng decoction combined with electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis,which can improve the facial disability index,facial nerve function and facial nerve electrophysiological indexes.
