黄芪解毒汤辅助GT化疗方案对转移性三阴性乳腺癌患者的疗效

Effect of Huangqi Jiedu Decoction Combined with GT Chemotherapy in Patients with Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

目的探讨黄芪解毒汤辅助GT化疗方案对转移性三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)患者中医症候积分、肿瘤标志物水平、毒副反应发生率的影响。方法纳入郏县人民医院2017年3月至2019年9月收治的80例转移性TNBC患者为研究对象。根据药物化疗方案分为GT化疗组(40例)和中药辅助组(40例),GT化疗组接受常规的紫杉醇注射液、盐酸吉西他滨化疗方案治疗,中药辅助组在GT化疗组的基础上加服黄芪解毒汤。对比两组肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)水平、中医症候积分、毒副反应。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗6个疗程后的肿瘤标志物CEA、CA15-3水平均下降,(P<0.05);治疗6个疗程后,中药辅助组的肿瘤标志物CEA、CA15-3水平较GT化疗组降低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗6个疗程后的中医症候积分均下降(P<0.05);治疗6个疗程后,中药辅助组中医症候积分较GT化疗组降低。治疗期间,中药辅助组毒副反应发生率(42.50%)较GT化疗组(67.50%)降低(P<0.05)。结论黄芪解毒汤辅助GT化疗方案能降低转移性TNBC患者的肿瘤标志物水平,有效缓解其临床症状,且更为安全,可在临床转移性TNBC患者化疗中推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi Jiedu Decoction combined with GT chemotherapy on TCM symptom scores,tumor marker levels and incidence of toxic and side effects in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Eighty patients with metastatic TNBC admitted to Jiaxian People’s Hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were included as the research objects.According to different drug chemotherapy schemes,all patients were divided into GT chemotherapy group(40 cases)and TCM assistance group(40 cases).Patients in the GT chemotherapy group were given conventional paclitaxel injection and gemcitabine hydrochloride chemotherapy regimen,and patients in the TCM assistance group were given Huangqi Jiedu decoction on the basis of GT chemotherapy group.The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3)of tumor markers,TCM symptom scores,and incidence of toxic and side effects were compared between GT chemotherapy group and TCM adjuvant chemotherapy group.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of CEA and CA15-3 of tumor markers were decreased in both groups after 6 courses of treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CEA and CA15-3 in the TCM adjuvant chemotherapy group were lower than those in the GT chemotherapy group after 6 courses of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the TCM symptom scores were decreased in both groups after 6 courses of treatment(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score in the TCM assistance group was obviously lower than that in the GT chemotherapy group after 6 courses of treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects in the TCM assistance group(42.50%)was lower than that in the GT chemotherapy group(67.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jiedu decoction combined with GT chemotherapy can reduce the levels of tumor markers in patients with metastatic TNBC,effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms,and it is safe.It can be widely used in the chemotherapy of patients with metastatic TNBC.
