Comparison of Clinical Value of Different Test Methods for Screening Pregnancy Complicated With Syphilis

目的探讨不同检验方法筛查妊娠合并梅毒患者的临床价值。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月许昌市妇幼保健院收治的105例高度疑似妊娠合并梅毒患者作为研究对象,所有患者均先后接受酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)筛查,并以梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)为金标准,分析两种检验方法在妊娠合并梅毒筛查中的临床价值。结果经TPPA验证,105例高度疑似患者中妊娠合并梅毒80例,占比76.19%。ELISA检验方法筛查妊娠合并梅毒的敏感度、准确度、阴性预测值均高于TRUST检验方法(P<0.05)。ELISA法筛查妊娠合并梅毒的费用为每人20元,总费用为2100元,TRUST法筛查费用为每人38元,总费用3990元,ELISA法筛查费用低于TRUST法。结论相比TRUST检验方法,采用ELISA检验方法筛查妊娠合并梅毒的敏感度、准确度及阴性预测值更高,且筛查费用更低。

Objective To explore the clinical value of different test methods in screening patients with pregnancy complicated with syphilis.Methods A total of 105 patients with highly suspected pregnancy complicated with syphilis in Xuchang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were screened by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST),and the clinical value of the two test methods in the screening of pregnancy complicated with syphilis was analyzed with Treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination test(TPPA)as the gold standard.Results Among 105 highly suspected patients screened by TPPA,80 cases were pregnant with syphilis,accounting for 76.19%.Accuracy and negative predictive value of ELISA in screening pregnancy complicated with syphilis were higher than those of TRUST(P<0.05).The cost of ELISA screening for pregnancy complicated with syphilis was 20 yuan per person,with a total cost of 2100 yuan.The cost of trust screening was 38 yuan per person,with a total cost of 3990 yuan.The cost of ELISA screening was lower than that of TRUST.Conclusion Compared with TRUST test,ELISA test has higher sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value in screening pregnancy complicated with syphilis,and the cost of screening is lower.
