摘要
目的分析同批次生化室内质控数据收集及问题。方法收集2018年8月至2019年9月本科室生化组15项常规项目累计数据,计算对应靶值(X)、变异系数(CV),分析不同浓度的质控情况。结果15项常规生化室内质控CV总满足国家标准GBT 20470-2006推荐的允许不精密度规范(1/4TEa和1/3TEa)、卫生部行业标准允许不精密度规范,并处于生物学变异的三级质量标准内,但中值(1255UN)丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(SCr)、血糖(GLU),高值(946UE)总胆固醇(TC)部分CV月出现超过1/4TEa。结论长期数据累计有助于分析仪器的状态,建立实验室长期的质量标准,设定符合本室的质量标准,为下一批次数据分析提供一定的参考价值,重点关注出现的问题,重点解决下一批次问题。
Objective To analyze the collection and problems of the same batch of biochemical indoor quality control data.Methods The cumulative data for of 15 routine projects in the biochemistry group of the undergraduate laboratory were collected from August 2018 to September 2019,and the corresponding target value(X)and coefficient of variation(CV)were calculated.The quality control of different concentrations were analyzed.Results The 15 routine biochemical indoor quality control CVtotal met the allowable imprecision specifications(1/4TEa and 1/3TEa)recommended by the national standard GBT 20470-2006,the allowable imprecision specifications of the ministry of health industry standard,and were within the range of biological variation.Within the tertiary quality standard,but the median(1255UN)alanine aminotransferase(ALT),scrtinine(SCr),blood sugar(GLU),and the high value(946UE)total cholesterol(TC)part of the CVmonth appeared more than 1/4TEa.Conclusion Long-term data accumulation is helpful for analyzing the state of the instrument,establishing long-term quality standards in the laboratory,setting the quality standards in line with the laboratory,and providing certain reference value for the next batch of data analysis,focusing on problems that arise,and focusing on solutions next batch of questions.
