血清腺苷脱氨酶活性与溃疡性结肠炎病情严重程度的相关性分析

目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)水平与活动性溃疡性结肠炎的相关性及对活动性溃疡性结肠炎的预测价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月于本院就诊的63例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究组,其中活动期溃疡性结肠炎34例,非活动期溃疡性结肠炎29例;另选取同期本院63名健康体检者作为对照组。两组均白细胞(WBC)计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)和ADA水平,比较两组WBC、CRP、ESR、ADA水平及与活动期溃疡性结肠炎的相关性,并分析ADA、WBC、CRP、ESR水平预测活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床价值。结果活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者ADA、WBC、CRP、ESR水平均高于非活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者与对照组(P<0.05),非活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者与对照组ADA、WBC、CRP、ESR水平比较差异均无统计学意义。ADA、WBC、CRP、ESR水平与活动期溃疡性结肠炎均呈正相关(P<0.05)。ADA预测活动期溃疡性结肠炎的AUC值显著高于WBC、CRP、ESR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ADA水平在活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者中呈高表达,对活动期溃疡性结肠炎具有较高预测价值,值得进一步研究探讨。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum adenosine deaminase(ADA)level and active ulcerative colitis and its predictive value.Methods 63 patients with ulcerative colitis who visited our hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research group,including 34 patients with active ulcerative colitis and 29 patients with inactive ulcerative colitis.A total of 63 healthy subjects in the hospital served as the control group.The white blood cell(WBC)count,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and ADA levels in the two groups were compared,and the levels of WBC,CRP,ESR,ADA and their correlation with active ulcerative colitis were compared between the two groups,and ADA,WBC,CRP,ESR levels in predicting the clinical value of active ulcerative colitis were analyzed.Results The levels of ADA,WBC,CRP and ESR in patients with active ulcerative colitis were higher than those in patients with inactive ulcerative colitis and control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of ADA,WBC,CRP and ESR between patients with inactive ulcerative colitis and control group(P<0.05).ADA,WBC,CRP and ESR levels were positively correlated with active ulcerative colitis(P<0.05).The AUC of active ulcerative colitis predicted by ADA was significantly higher than that of WBC,CRP and ESR(P<0.05).Conclusion ADA level is increased in patients with active ulcerative colitis,it is valuable to predict active ulcerative colitis.
