微整形手术在慢性乳腺炎患者中的应用及对美观效果的影响

Application of microplastic surgery in patients with chronic mastitis and its influence on the aesthetic effect of patients

目的探究微整形手术在慢性乳腺炎患者中的应用及对美观效果的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的62例慢性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组行传统疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行微整形手术治疗。比较两组美观效果、患者心理状态、愈合时间、瘢痕长度及满意度。结果观察组美观优良率为96.78%,高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组抑郁焦虑、强迫症状、人际关系紧张、敌对心理评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组愈合时间[(11.72±3.75)d]、瘢痕长度[(4.86±0.81)mm],均短于对照组[(16.38±4.33)d、(20.53±5.36)mm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微整形手术治疗慢性乳腺炎患者疗效显著,能有效保证患者乳房美观性,手术瘢痕短,手术切口愈合快,且可明显改善患者不良心理状态,治疗满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of microplastic surgery in patients with chronic mastitis and its effect on the aesthetic effect of patients.Methods 62 patients with chronic mastitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received traditional therapy,and the observation group received microplastic surgery on the basis of the control group.The cosmetic effect,patients'psychological state,healing time,scar length and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The cosmetic good and good rate in the observation group was 96.78%,which was higher than 80.65%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal tension and hostility in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time[(11.72±3.75)d]and scar length[(4.86±0.81)mm]in the observation group were shorter than in the control group([16.38±4.33]d and[20.53±5.36]mm),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 70.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microplastic surgery has significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with chronic mastitis,it can effectively ensure the aesthetic appearance of the breasts of patients,the length of surgical scars is short,the surgical incision heals quickly,and it can significantly improve the poor psychological state of patients,the treatment satisfaction is high,and it is worthy of clinical application.
