社区老年人镇静催眠类药物处方分析

Prescription analysis of sedative hypnotic drugs for the elderly in the community

目的分析社区老年人镇静催眠类药物的应用情况,以提高镇静催眠类药物应用的合理性。方法选取2017年7月至2020年9月于八里庄社区服务中心诊断为失眠症的4500例老年患者作为研究对象,共收集4500张镇静催眠类药物处方,分析社区近3年镇静催眠类药物应用情况。结果2017至2020年,社区老年患者就诊量日益增加,且女性所用镇静催眠类药物处方逐年增加。各年度社区65~75岁的老年人所用处方张数逐年小幅度增加,且镇静催眠类药物日用量均为2片。本社区>65岁的老年人在应用镇静催眠类药物过程中,合用抗精神病药物处方2566张,合用镇痛药处方241张,合用降压药处方66张。结论社区老年人数日益增多,镇静催眠类药物应用数量也日益增多。临床治疗失眠老年人时,镇静催眠类药物应用量偏多,合用其他药物时也并未减少,上述情况应引起临床高度重视,规范化培训全科医师,以确保镇静催眠类药物的合理应用。

Objective To analyze the application of sedative hypnotic drugs for the elderly in the community,so as to improve the rationality of the application of sedative hypnotic drugs.Methods 4500 elderly patients with insomnia diagnosed in Balizhuang Community Health Service Center from July 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 4500 sedative and hypnotic prescriptions were collected to analyze the application of sedative and hypnotic drugs in the community in the past three years.Results From 2017 to 2020,the number of elderly patients in the community is increasing,and the prescriptions of sedative hypnotic drugs used by women are increasing year by year.The number of prescriptions used by elderly people aged 65 to 75 in the community increased slightly year by year,and the daily dosage of sedative and hypnotic drugs was 2 tablets.During the application of sedative and hypnotic drugs in the elderly over 65 years old in this community,2566 prescriptions of sedative and hypnotic drugs combined with antipsychotics,241 prescriptions of analgesics and 66 prescriptions of antihypertensive drugs were found.Conclusion The number of elderly people in the community is increasing,so is the number of sedative and hypnotic drugs,clinical treatment of insomnia in the elderly,sedative hypnotic drugs used more,when other drugs were combined,it did not decrease,clinical attention should be paid to the above situation,standardized training of general practitioners to ensure the rational use of sedative and hypnotic drugs.
