大肠癌患者术后应用扶正消瘤汤联合化疗的临床研究

Clinical study of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction combined with chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer after operation

目的探究大肠癌患者术后应用扶正消瘤汤联合化疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月于本院经手术切除大肠癌变组织并接受化疗的51例大肠癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=21)与观察组(n=30)。对照组术后仅接受辅助化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合扶正消瘤汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、卡氏评分标准(KPS)评分、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组客观缓解率(ORR)为76.67%,高于对照组的52.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组KPS评分为(62.50±0.84)分,高于对照组的(57.06±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD4^(+)、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。观察组肠胃道反应、骨髓抑制、神经毒性发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心脏毒性发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论在辅助化疗方案基础上联合扶正消瘤汤治疗大肠癌疗效显著,能发挥协同作用,可明显改善患者免疫功能,且可在一定程度上减少不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction combined with chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer patients after resection surgery.Methods 51 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical resection of colorectal cancerous tissue and received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=21)and observation group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.The control group only received adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery,while the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,Karnofsky score scale(KPS)score,immune function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The objective response rate(ORR)in the observation group was 76.67%,which was higher than 52.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of the observation group was(62.50±0.84)scores,which was higher than(57.06±0.28)scores of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),IgG,and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The incidences of gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression and neurotoxicity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiotoxicity between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction combined with chemotherapy is remarkable,it can play synergistic effect,significantly improve immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to a certain extent,which is worthy of clinical application.
