摘要
我国助产职业发展起步较晚,生育观念传统僵化、助产人力资源严重短缺、人才培养模式尚不成熟等诸多因素在很大程度上制约着我国助产事业的良性长远发展。男助产士人才培养作为弥补助产人才缺口、缩小生育需求断层、缓解严峻助产形势、提升助产服务质量的有效途径,加大对男助产人才培养的投入力度与政策倾斜尤为必要。本文从男性从事助产职业优势、目前男助产士职业发展滞后原因及职业发展途径等方面进行综述,旨在为我国助产事业长远发展做好人才储备工作提供参考,以促进助产迈向新台阶、创造事业新局面,确保生育需求不断层、孕产服务有保证。
The midwifery career in China started late,and many factors,such as the rigidity of traditional fertility concept,the serious shortage of midwifery human resources and the immaturity of talent training mode,have greatly restricted the long-term development of midwifery in China.As an effective way to fill the gap of midwifery talents,narrow the gap of fertility demand,alleviate the severe situation of midwifery and improve the quality of midwifery service,it is necessary to increase the investment and policy inclination in the training of male midwifery talents.This paper summarizes the advantages of male midwifery,the reasons for the lagging of male midwifery career development and the countermeasures for its career development.The purpose is to do a good job of talent reserve for the long-term development of midwifery in China,to promote midwifery to a new stage,to create a new situation of career,and to ensure that the demand for fertility is constantly on the rise and maternity services are guaranteed.
