我国锡矿资源开发利用形势与“十四五”发展建议

The exploitation and utilization of tin resources in China and suggestions for its"14th Five-Year Plan"development

锡在现代工业和国防、高科技领域和经济社会生活中广泛应用,保护和利用好锡矿对于缓解资源短缺和锡工业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文分析了我国锡矿资源储量、供需和贸易、开发利用现状,结果表明:①我国锡储量和产量均居世界第一位;②储量占全球锡储量的25%左右,锡产量稳定在18万吨左右;③进出口贸易额波动较大;④开发利用水平稳中有升,综合利用产值有所回升。“十四五”期间,建议充分利用“两种资源”,增加锡矿资源储备,加大科技创新优化产业结构,实施资源整合,全面提高资源利用效率。

Tin is widely used in modern industry,national defense,high-end science and technology as well as social and economic life.Good protection and utilization of tin mines is of great significance to alleviating resource shortages and sustainable development of tin industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s tin reserves,supply and demand,trade,exploitation and utilization.The findings are as follows:①China’s tin reserves and output rank first in the world;②Tin reserves accounts for about 25%globally;Tin production keeps at about 180,000 tons;③The volume of import and export trade fluctuates greatly;④The level of exploitation and utilization has risen steadily,and the output value of comprehensive utilization has rebounded.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,it is recommended to make full use of the domestic and foreign resources to increase the reserves of tin ore resources,optimize the industrial structure by scientific and technological innovation,implement resource integration,and improve comprehensive resource utilization efficiency.
