Report on the Development of Volunteer Service in the Civilized Practice of Boluo County in the New Era in 2021

推动新时代文明实践中心建设,让习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想深入人心是加强精神文明建设、打通服务群众“最后一公里”的重要举措。广东省惠州市博罗县在开展新时代文明实践志愿服务过程中,制度化建设取得初步成效、志愿服务队伍蓬勃发展、信息平台建设取得初步成效,有效整合政府、企业、社会多方资源和地方特色文化资源,推动博罗县志愿服务的发展。但在建设过程中也存在一些问题,如志愿服务的相关制度机制不完善,志愿服务队伍缺乏规范化、专业化、精细化,信息服务平台未能互融互通等。因此,博罗县需要进一步探索和完善顶层设计、加强志愿服务队伍建设、加强对外合作与交流,才能有效稳固和提升新时代文明实践志愿服务的建设效果。

In the process of building a new era of civilized practice volunteer service,Boluo County,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province has revitalized the"Bo volunteer service team based on local characteristic cultural resources.Through the integration of government,enterprise and social resources,a trilogy of"funds,funds and foundations"has been developed,and the"fund+project"of Boluo County New Era Civilization Practice Foundation is used to promote the development of the volunteer service in Boluo County.At the same time,the development of the volunteer service in Boluo County still faces challenges such as imperfect relevant systems and mechanisms,the lack of standardization,specialization and refinement of volunteer service teams,and the failure of information service platforms to integrate and communicate with each other.For future development,Boluo County needs to further strengthen the top-level design of volunteer services,the construction of volunteer service teams,the foreign cooperation and exchanges and continue to give full play to the support effect of the foundation.Only by these ways can we effectively stabilize and enhance the construction of civilized practice volunteer service in the new era.
