摘要
通过一台75 kW变频调速异步电机的设计实例,详细比较了在不同的额定参数选择方案下,异步电机及变频调速系统的运行性能。理论分析和仿真计算结果均表明,优化设计方案不但可以提高异步电机的额定运行性能,而且有利于各种控制策略的应用和实现,从而提高整个变频调速系统的性能。最后,给出了一套变频调速异步电机额定参数的选择方案作为工业应用的参考。
Taking a 75 kW frequency-control speedregulation asynchronous motors design as a practical example,operating performance of the asynchronous motor and its frequency-control speed-regulation system are compared in detail in case of different selection schemes of the rated parameters.Both theoretical analysis and simulative calculation results show that the optimized design scheme not only increases the rated operating performance of the asynchronous motor but also facilitates the to application and implementation of various control strategies,thus improving the performance of the whole frequency-control speed-regulation system.Finally,a set of selection program of the rated of the frequency-control speed-regulation asynchronous motor are put forward,becoming the reference in industrial application.
