六味安消胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果

Effect of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on bile reflux gastritis

目的分析六味安消胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2022年1月安阳市第二人民医院收治的86例胆汁反流性胃炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为单一组和联合组,每组43例。单一组在基础用药的同时予以熊去氧胆酸治疗,联合组在单一组用药基础上给予六味安消胶囊。比较两组疗效、症状消失时间、症状评分、胆汁反流情况及不良反应发生率。结果联合组总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于单一组(79.07%,34/43),P<0.05;联合组腹胀腹痛消失时间、反酸苦水消失时间、呕吐消失时间均短于单一组(P均<0.05);治疗1个月后,联合组腹痛、腹胀评分均低于单一组(P均<0.05);联合组最长反流时间短于单一组,反流次数、反流时间>5 min次数少于单一组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率(4.65%,2/43)小于单一组(18.60%,8/43),P<0.05。结论六味安消胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,可加快患者症状恢复,改善临床症状,临床疗效和安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with bile reflux gastritis treated in Anyang Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into combined group and single group,with 43 cases in each group.The single group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid and basic medication,and the combined group was given Liuwei Anxiao capsule based on the treatment of the single group.The curative effect,symptom disappearance time,symptom score,bile reflux,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than that of the single group(79.07%,34/43),P<0.05.The disappearance time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain,the disappearance time of acid regurgitation and bitter water,and the disappearance time of vomiting in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group(all P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the abdominal pain and abdominal distension scores in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(all P<0.05).The longest reflux time in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group,the number of reflux and the number of reflux time>5 min were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 4.65%(2/43),which was lower than 18.60%(8/43)in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Liuwei Anxiao capsule and ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis can accelerate the recovery of symptoms and improve the symptoms,with high clinical effect and safety.
