摘要
江苏油田属复杂小断块油田,油层薄、夹层多、水层多,井型多为大斜度定向井,一定程度影响了常规封隔器的应用。提出一种薄隔层调整井的固井装置,形成超短固井用高效封隔器的应用配套技术,可有效杜绝油气水窜,提高固井质量。该封隔器采用挤压式设计,多段胶筒结构,将传统的面密封改为线密封,大大缩短了封隔器的总长度,能够对薄隔层进行可靠密封。同时便于运输及在狗腿大的井段易于下入,降低封隔器对狗腿度的要求,拓宽使用范围。现场应用了5口调整井,入井成功率100%,5口井固井质量合格率100%,一、二界面固井优质率90%以上,薄隔层封固段优质率达85%,投产后验窜,层段窜槽率由16.52%降至2.35%,调整井固井质量有了很大提高。
Jiangsu Oilfield is a complex small fault block one with thin oil layer,multiple interlayers and multiple water layers.It is developed by highly-deviated directional wells mostly,which affects the application of conventional packers to a certain extent.A cementing device for the adjustment well in thin interlayer is developed,and supporting technology of an efficient packer for ultra-short cementing is formed,which can effectively prevent oil,gas and water channeling and improve cementing quality.The packer is designed as extruded one with a multi-section rubber cylinder structure,which changes the traditional face seal to line seal.Reliable sealing to thin interlayers may be realized with greatly shortened total length of the packer.It is also easy to transport and run in sections with large doglegs,reducing the dogleg requirement of the packer and extending its range of use.It was applied to five adjustment wells in the field,and the success rate of entering the well was 100%.Qualified rate of cementing quality of the five wells was 100%,the good cementing rate of the first and second interfaces was more than 90%,and the good rate of the sealing section of thin interlayers was 85%.After putting into operation,the interval channeling rate was reduced from 16.52% to2.35%,and the cementing quality of the adjustment wells was greatly improved.
