摘要
针对爆炸箔起爆器用脉冲高压源研发过程中存在开发周期长、成本高、开发效率低的问题,提出一种基于电力电子系统集成的可编程脉冲高压源的设计方法。在对其原理进行介绍后,搭建了脉冲高压源的Matlab仿真模型,提出输出均压控制逻辑,并完成了电压输出仿真实验,实现了升压单元的输出端均压。在仿真基础上制作了脉冲高压源样机,并完成了适用于不同爆炸箔起爆器的电压输出实验。结果表明,基于系统集成的可编程脉冲高压源的电压上升率和输出电压等关键参数能够满足对不同电压等级的爆炸箔起爆器的要求,同时能够有效缩短开发流程,提高爆炸箔起爆系统的开发效率,降低研发成本。
Aiming at the problems of long development cycle,high cost and low development efficiency in the research and development process of pulse high voltage source for explosive foil initiator,a design method of programmable pulse high voltage source based on power electronic system integration is proposed.After the introduction of its principle,the Matlab simulation model of the pulse high voltage source is built,the output voltage equalization control logic is proposed,and the voltage output simulation experiment is completed to realize the voltage equalization at the output of the boost unit.Based on the simulation,a prototype of the pulse high voltage source is fabricated and the voltage output experiments applicable to different explosive foil initiators are completed.The results show that the key parameters such as voltage rise rate and output voltage of the programmable pulse high voltage source based on system integration can meet the requirements for different voltage levels of explosive foil initiator,and can effectively shorten the development process,improve the development efficiency of the explosive foil initiation system and reduce the research and development cost.
