摘要
宽增益范围的双向非隔离型直流变换器在直流微网、电动汽车等领域有广泛应用。为进一步扩大双向非隔离型直流变换器的电压增益范围,提出了一种基于开关电感单元的双向四开关DC/DC变换器,可有效扩展输出电压增益范围。通过对3种稳态模式的分析,设计了一种基于增益判断的三模式控制方法,并基于单载波-双调制波的调制策略实现了系统在升压、升降压、降压3种模式之间的平稳切换。仿真与实验验证了所提变换器的宽输出增益范围和高转换效率,并通过输入电压变化验证三模式切换控制策略的有效性。
Bidirectional non-isolated DC/DC converters of wide gain range play a key role in many applications such as DC micro-grids and electric vehicles.To achieve wider output voltage gain range,a bidirectional four-switch DC/DC converter based on switched-inductor unit is proposed which effectively extended the output voltage gain range.Through the analysis of three steady-state modes namely Buck mode,Boost mode and Buck-Boost mode,a new control method based on gain judgement is designed,which realizes smooth switching among the three modes based on the dual-modulation-wave single-carrier-wave modulation strategy.Simulations and experiments are conducted which verified the wide gain range and high efficiency as well as the effectiveness of the proposed three-mode switching control strategy.
