摘要
提出一种电流跟踪型单相电压源多电平逆变器滞环空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)容错控制方法。首先分析功率开关器件单管开路故障对单相改进型填充U形电池(MPUC)五电平逆变器电压矢量的影响;并在此基础上提出电压矢量等效替代方法,优先选择位置重合的冗余电压矢量进行等效替代;如果没有重合的非故障矢量,则选择位置和作用效果最接近的其他非故障矢量。在逆变器单管开路故障状态下,该方法可以保证逆变器输出电流较准确地跟踪参考电流,无需增加备用的硬件冗余单元,能节约硬件成本,简化系统结构。仿真和实验证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
A hysteresis space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)fault-tolerant control method for current tracking single-phase voltage source multilevel inverter is proposed.Firstly,the influence of the single open circuit fault of power switching device on single-phase modified packed U-cells(MPUC)five level-inverter voltage quality is analyzed,and on this basis,a voltage vector equivalent replacement method is proposed,which preferentially select the redundant voltage vector with overlapping positions for equivalent replacement.If there is no coincident non-fault vector,select the other non-fault vector whose position and effect are closest to it.Under the condition of a single-tube open circuit fault,the method can ensure that the output current of the inverter can track the reference current accurately.This method doesn’t require a spare hardware redundancy unit,which can save hardware costs and simplify the system structure.Simulation and experimental prove the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
