摘要 LLC谐振变换器具有高效率、易高频化的特点,因此得到广泛应用。数字控制相比于传统模拟控制,在变换器控制的可靠性、控制策略的灵活性与外部通信的便捷性上具有较大优势。此处介绍LLC谐振变换器基本工作原理,基于STM32F334芯片进行数字控制LLC谐振变换器设计,并制作24 V/1 500 W原理样机,通过实验验证了该数字控制方案的可行性与有效性。 LLC resonant converter is widely used because of its high efficiency and high frequency.Compared with traditional analog control,digital control has great advantages in the reliability of converter control,flexibility of control strategy and convenience of external communication.The basic working principle of LLC resonant converter is introduced,a digital control LLC resonant converter is designed based on STM32 F334 chip,and a 24 V/1 500 W prototype is made,the feasibility and effectiveness of the digital control scheme are verified by experiments.
